Very upset and disappointing!!!!
I spent $200 with disappointment and anger!!! My license was suspended because she fail to attend for me in person. In addition, she still charge me $40 bond fee Her office people are so rude!!!! you should avoid her service in all cost Very upset and disppointing

Replied last August 15, 2016The bond is NOT a fee for the lawyer. As was explained to you REPEATEDLY , we CHOSE NOT TO GO TO TRIAL because the judge sitting on the bench was not favorable and you would have 100% been guilty. This is done routinely by ALL attorneys who practice at TVB. You have a month to get it to us and Ibpost hundreds of bonds a week for clients who follow directions. I make ZERO money off if it and involves a LOT OF EXTRA TIME to choose to reschedule for YOUR BENEFIT. I could be irresponsible and go to trial the first time the case was scheduled but that is not in the clirnt's interest. Again, all this was explained to you as it is to all clients we do this for. I am sorry you failed to grasp the concept!

My Lawyer Terri Kalker did a fantastic job, dismissing my 5 point cellphone ticket! Cheap, fast, reliable. I would definitely use Terri again. My license would've been suspended for at least 6 months if this ticket would have gone Onto my record.

This place is a total BS , please please do not waste your time & money here . Charged me $200 and I never got a chance to meet the real lawyer ( Terri Beth Kalker ) I ended up paying another $250 for the ticket itself.

Replied last July 22, 2016Of course if one chooses NOT to come into the office any evening when the attorney is in the office nor go to Court during the day, it is hard to meet someone. I would love to meet a traffic attorney that travels to see the client! That is the reason and office is set up. In addition, as is the case with all traffic matters, there was never a guarantee given. Drive more carefully in the future so you do not receive any more violation. Good luck.
