I used James for a rather complicated house closing that required James to work with another lawyer and my accountant. He was on top of every issue. He was very responsive, returning calls and emails very quickly. James was always looking out for my best interest even when it would mean extra work... for him. Mr. Franzetti handled the closing of my In law's home. My husband was the Executor of this estate and he recently passed away.
