I have had the good fortune to work with Attorney Franzetti now on four real estate transactions....some that went through and some that did not (because i changed my mind about the purchase.) He was brought into the first case mid-transaction after the other attorney was lost as to what to do and ho...w to handle both the client (me) and the case. James not only jumped in quickly and was up to speed very fast he also handled the situation with class (he was kind to the exiting attorney/let him save face.) James is easy to contact and responds quickly to texts/calls/emails. He offers a level of service that i thought was non-exsistent anymore....but that is the point, he treats everyone with respect and courtesy and he has a high level of attention to detail and strategy. But don't get me wrong he knows how to fight! He is clear, concise, and strong in his tactics and follow through. You will be happy you choose Attorney Franzetti as your attorney.....he's that good!

James Franzetti is very competent, trust worthy and all around nice guy. He handled the closing on my mom's house and helped us close on our first home. He was available when issues arose and explained everything clearly without using terms we didn't understand. He is very easy to get along with and ...does an excellent job of making sure that everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend him.

The legal profession usually exemplifies a strong working relationship between the attorney and his client. We can say as in other similar professions, there are two types of attorneys. There are those who put the interests of their clients first, or at least on the same level as their own interests.... Then there are those lawyers who work primarily for their own benefit. I recently had an experience with working with both types of attorneys. I had a case where I was injured in a commercial building. The attorney I had at first was not putting forth the degree of effort that I felt was necessary to win the case. After several months I changed attorneys and acquired the services of James Franzetti. The difference in how the two lawyers approached the case was considerable. Franzetti kept me informed continually as to how our case was progressing, and promptly returned all my telephone inquiries. I got the impression Franzetti was working for my interests. After about a year the case was successfully settled. I felt that I would not have won the case if I had not changed attorneys at a critical juncture. The biggest difference was the attitude of the two lawyers. James Franzetti believed we could win the case and he worked constantly with that objective in mind. During this legal confrontation James Franzetti proved his dedication to the ethical aspects of the legal profession.
