James along with my loan depot mortgage broker (Ms. Toy Ng) enabled me to navigate and close the notoriously difficult Co-Op process IN 3 WEEKS, FROM START TO FINISH. In other words, the entire purchase ONLY took 3 weeks! For a Co-op!!!! With almost all the work done by James and Toy, I just showed up for the closing, that was the hardest day in this covid era. Imagine how tough it is, navigating in this brave new world where no one is allowed to meet face to face (bankers,loan officer,lawyers,buyer, seller, real estate guy) and STILL getting everything done in record time!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
