James Franzetti was recommended to me by my real estate broker and I am very happy he did. I don't normally leave reviews but James's services were so excellent that I felt compelled to relate my experience so other first time NYC apt co-op buyers needing a smart, professional that was available thro...ugh every step of the buying process, can be reassured that this the guy they can trust. James along with my loan depot mortgage broker (Ms. Toy Ng) enabled me to navigate and close the notoriously difficult Co-Op process IN 3 WEEKS, FROM START TO FINISH. In other words, the entire purchase ONLY took 3 weeks! For a Co-op!!!! With almost all the work done by James and Toy, I just showed up for the closing, that was the hardest day in this covid era. Imagine how tough it is, navigating in this brave new world where no one is allowed to meet face to face (bankers,loan officer,lawyers,buyer, seller, real estate guy) and STILL getting everything done in record time!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Having James Franzetti as my attorney was a great experience. He is a very dedicated lawyer, that is always accessible to his clients and quick to respond to any questions. James was great at walking me through the process of buying and selling a home. He was my attorney in both the selling of a home... and the purchase of a new home. During both transactions he was very prepared and available to make the process run smoothly and stress free. I highly recommend him for anyone going through the process and will surely be using him again in the future.

I used James for a rather complicated house closing that required James to work with another lawyer and my accountant. He was on top of every issue. He was very responsive, returning calls and emails very quickly. James was always looking out for my best interest even when it would mean extra work... for him. Mr. Franzetti handled the closing of my In law's home. My husband was the Executor of this estate and he recently passed away.
