Overall he made the entire closing process as smooth and painless as possible. James was so helpful with my closing process that I also retained him to assist me with a dispute that I had with my co-op board. He worked diligently with myself and the board's attorney to come up with a viable solution that was acceptable to all parties. His representation prevented me from being subject to thousands of dollars in potential fines. Overall I would definitely recommend James for his professional demeanor, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of the law. I will definitely be retaining him for any future legal issues I may have.

James handled the sale and buy of my homes. Not only is he a great trustworthy attorney, but a genuine person as well. I can not say enough great things about James. I can simply say I used him twice times with in three-four months.
