Someone who is reachable and communicative, someone who is dependable, someone who handles things with your interest in mind, and ultimately, someone who gets the job done. He even returned a call when he was on vacation in another country! Come on what other attorney would do that ? He has a direct Hotline cellphone You can text him also If he’s busy he will get back to you shortly in a reasonable timeframe 3- Easily accessible James was easily accessible either via phone call , text or meeting by appointment . He always got back to me 4. Information A lot of us don’t know what to do or know how the system works. This is very important people want to be informed. James will devote the time to explain everything to you. He will stand by your side take you through the steps and answer any question you may have. He is Humble easy to talk to, patient I felt like I was talking to a friend not an attorney. 4- Fees More than reasonable fees -I did not get charged any extra fees, no surprises or charged for each phone call Maybe I should not say this but I was surprised his fees were that low.
