I have had the good fortune to work with Attorney Franzetti now on four real estate transactions....some that went through and some that did not (because i changed my mind about the purchase.) He was brought into the first case mid-transaction after the other attorney was lost as to what to do and ho...w to handle both the client (me) and the case. James not only jumped in quickly and was up to speed very fast he also handled the situation with class (he was kind to the exiting attorney/let him save face.)
