Gale Jacqueline Joyce

We used Gale's services to evict tenants that didn't want to leave in a holdover case for my senior father's two family house in Queens. After giving her a call for initial consultation, it was very easy to open the case using her website. The only lawyer that offered me that option after initial... phone consultation (I'm a millennial so ++ points for that). But that was not the only reason we hired her. During consultation I felt she was very professional and honest, and never pushed us to hire her as others did. During the case she certainly didn't disappoint us and always reacted promptly and communicated us the details of every step in the process. I also found her fees reasonable and definitely worth the money. Next time we need to start an eviction proceeding we will certainly hire her back.

My experience with Gale Joyce was excellent specially since I live in Florida and the case that Gale Joyce handled was in NY. It was dificult because of the time frame and distance. She made things practical. She not only helped me evict a delincuent tenant but also wrote the new lease for the new on...e and met with them the day of signing in a timely fashion and negociated all aspects of the lease to make sure that I was compleately satisfied and protected.
