Gale Jacqueline Joyce

We are using Gale for all our firms Landlord/Tenant issues for approximately 7 years now. When we met initially, this was a relatively new business for us. We have always found her to be very knowledgeable in her field and very hands on. No question is too small and she has always guided us well with... her expertise. She has handled several evictions for us and helped us through the process. She went above and beyond the call of duty with a particularly difficult case recently where personal opinions were impacting the court making a decision, which ended with a result in the Landlord's favour. My experience with Gale Joyce was excellent specially since I live in Florida and the case that Gale Joyce handled was in NY. It was dificult because of the time frame and distance. She made things practical. She not only helped me evict a delincuent tenant but also wrote the new lease for the new on...e and met with them the day of signing in a timely fashion and negociated all aspects of the lease to make sure that I was compleately satisfied and protected.
