Michael Levitz is a Personal Injury attorney who has built a solid reputation for his litigation skills when representing injured New Yorkers. Mr. Levitz earned his law degree at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Over his career he has distinguished himself as an Appellate Advocate and has had positive decisions come out of the Appellate Division, Second Department, one of New York’s toughest Courts.

In addition, Mr. Levitz was recently named by The National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 40 National Trial Lawyers under the Age of 40 and has been selected as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Magazine since 2014. In 2020 he obtained a Top 20 Settlement in New York as well as a Top 50 Verdict.
