Dave took my case when another prominent personal injury firm dismissed it. He had the knowledge of specific resources and did the extra research to prove the fault on the City’s part. David was warm and compassionate. When he came to my home the first time we met it was obvious how much he really cared about people that are suffering. Also he has got to be one of the hardest working people I know. He worked so hard for us, sorting out facts, taking depositions. We had a difficult ...liability case. With his hard work and determination he prevailed by settling our case. He saved our family from financial ruin. He made us feel like family. He was always there,working for us night and day. He is still there, taking time to contact us and see how we are doing. I have been through so much, he was there for me the whole way through. I cannot thank him enough!

I had him as my attorney for several years. Although I found him kind and responsive I eventually found troubling inconsistencies in how he was "representing" me. I finally let him go as my representation- here are just a few reasons why: he recommend I get a job 1 month befor I won my disability c...ase w NY- of course this was terrible and potentially damaging advice. Concerning Mediation- he gave me a starting number with mediation and then backtracked- when I sent him back his own email stateing that same # his response was "well if I did say that". ??! Really its your own email, what do you mean "if you did say that" All together I felt he may be representing the defense more then myself. I don't know if he was in for a financial gain or a favor in court on another case. Ultimately I moved to a firm who was able to resolve the case at mediation for at least 1.3 million more then he had told me was possible. In the end I do not and would not trust this man.
