Michael M. Levitz

I was formally represented by a very well known law firm. From the first week i knew i made a mistake. I was so uninformed and i had no idea what, if anything was being done with my case. There came a point where i literally could not move forward with out communicating with my lawyer, and my lawyers... communicating with my physical therapist. After about 3 months of unanswered messages, emails, and unreturned calls from both my attorney as well as his superiors, I recieved an email stating that because of circumstances we can not go into detail further we regret to inform you we have made the decision to drop your case. At least they were kind enough to tell me to seek legal representation immediately...right... After doing everything this guy told me he just decided to drop my case after i could not forward with out him... I was completely outraged. After a few emails going back and forth i was able to get ny previous attorney to send my file via email, free of charge... Mr. Levitz reached out and after doing some of my own reasearch i decided it would be worth a try right. He responded immediately even though it was after "normal" business hours and the thing i appreciated most was it wasnt a representative contacting me to schedule a "phone consultation," it was him! So i asked if i could forward him the file i was given to see if he would be willing to look over it. He did, immediately. He made several suggestions, which i intend to follow. He also did something more, for the past 4 months ive been completely stressed ive talked to several other individuals regarding my case and none did what he did. He finally put me at ease he let me know that we still have a fighting chance. He was very straight forward and honest. He was knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him in the next few weeks to finally move forward with this case. I would definitely recommend MICHAEL M. LEVITZ over the previous attorney. My only regret is i didnt find Mr. Levitz before the first attorney.

I saw Michael in his office with my husband who we thought had a medical malpractice case. Even though we did not have a viable case, Michael took the time to explain in basic terms so that we could understand why we did not have a case and what our options were. Since then I have always told friends... and family that if they ever need a lawyer they should reach out to Michael because he is not sleazy and is honestly looking to help people.
