Jon represented me in the sale of my home and the simultaneous purchase of my new home he took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions He even structured the contract to allow me to remain in the house I sold for a week after the closing so that I would have time to move i...n and settle into my new home. I have many friends that used other attorneys and paid three times the fee I was charged by Mr Kosches but only received one tenth the service.

Jon was my lawyer when I bought my co-op and he was the best lawyer I ever had. Jon explained all of the many documents to me and told me what all of them mean even all of the bank documents and all the papers from the mortgage and the many papers from the co-op board. He was able to answer all of my... and my wifes questions as soon as we asked them. I just sold my co-op and I wanted to hire Jon again but it turns out he is not at the same office anymore and I wish he was. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jon Kosches & the law offices of Michael S. Reinhardt on 2990 Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY act on bad faith and are untrustworthy. M. Reinhardt quoted me $950 for closing on a condo, but at closing, his fee raised to $1500. He tried to justify the increase stating that they helped waive the transfer taxe...s & the sponsor’s attorney fees, but I was the one who negotiated with the seller and got these fees waived. Thus, I strongly do not recommend Michael S. Reinhardt or Jon Kosches to be your lawyer as their fee will increase unexpectedly at the end.
