Jon Barry Kosches

Jon was my lawyer when I bought my co-op and he was the best lawyer I ever had. Jon explained all of the many documents to me and told me what all of them mean even all of the bank documents and all the papers from the mortgage and the many papers from the co-op board. He was able to answer all of my... and my wifes questions as soon as we asked them. I just sold my co-op and I wanted to hire Jon again but it turns out he is not at the same office anymore and I wish he was. I would recommend him to anyone.

Just got my first house and I was real scared. I never had a lawyer before but a friend told me about Mr. Kosches so I hired him. Everything was really really good. Mr. Kosches explained everything so that I understood it and made me feel protected. I love my house but when I upgrade for sure I'm hir...ing Mr. Kosches again. He knows his stuff and if you need a good lawyer I recommend him 100%!!
