I hired Frekhtman and Associatesat in September 2023 to handle my injury case. I promptly provided all the necessary documents and photographs they requested. Initially, everything seemed to be progressing well, and they took on my case without hesitation. However, my experience quickly deteriorated.... Over the course of 9 months, I was assigned to three different case managers, each of whom assured me that the only remaining step before filing a lawsuit was obtaining my medical records. Despite these assurances, there was a severe lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. Additionally, the experts they used did not physically inspect the defect in the concrete that was central to my case. This oversight raised serious concerns about the thoroughness and dedication to my case. Without any prior warning or explanation, I received a certified letter from the attorney informing me that they were dropping my case. This came as a complete shock, as I had been led to believe that the case was progressing smoothly. The case managers were not upfront about the true position of the attorney and the status of my case. I felt misled and uninformed for the entire 9 months. This lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with such important matters. I am extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled by Frekhtman and Associates. I would not recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and transparent legal representation.

I read all the good reviews so I went with arkadys firm to represent me after I was injured with some irreparable damage to my body . So far it has been over 3 years and I only hear from the team when I call the office . Another words I feel that I am bothering them by trying to get an update and the...y say one more year. Next time I would like to work with an attorney that sends me a letter or phone call at least once a year to give me news.
