Personal Injury Practice

I was referred to Marc by a number of professionals whose opinions I respect highly. Marc was as advertised: intelligent, erudit and detail oriented. He brings a wealth of experience to his personal injury practice along with a pragmatic approach to litigation. His availability to his clients is unri...valed. I found him to be a calming influence during what is for most, a very challenging time. My involvement in the legal process was (by my own accord) minimal, allowing me the luxury and time to focus on recuperation. Status updates were provided on a regular basis. At best, litigation can be frustrating, time-consuming and daunting. Marc does his best to simplify and streamline the process. I had no concerns about his handling of my case. In an era in which we seemingly strive for mediocrity, and consummate professionals are few and far between, it is refreshing to find someone like Marc. I would not hesitate to engage him

Extremely Effective

Marc was the right attorney for our case in a time of suffering for our family. He was extremely professional, honest, and realistic with us. We did not have a lot of experience in New York and he was able to help us understand the legal system. He balanced a patient approach with effective naviga...tion of the courts. During deposition, he was a steadying influence who fought for his client. We are very pleased with Marc and would use him again given the opportunity - highly recommended.
