Had a very complicated case, Real Estate partition. However, it wasn't a clear / straight partition, had a few exemption to the law. Before Mr Apat took the case, he carefully reviewed the case and met several times until he was confident that he was representing me morally, ethically and lawfully. S...ince opposing party refused to settle, Mr Apat prep me for trial. He was very detailed, gathered all documents to make sure everything was covered and not to have any surprises. I have to say, during the trial prep, I was a little terrified (lol) but he wanted to make sure I'm strong and confident of the case we represent. Another key point for me, the case was expensive, but Mr Apat worked with me (payment plan) and I can't expressed my appreciation enough.
