Mr. Richard Apat is the king of gems of civil litigation ! He took on my case that was close to pro bono considering what it should have been . out of sympathy of the disheveled situation that had led me to researching and acquiring this angel of a lawyer . Which is usually an oxy moron to say... period. (Laugh) To find an honest good hearted and intelligent attorney that looks at the bigger picture and sees all the angles of the scenario . Instead of viewing a case or potential client as black and white with a dollar sign. He understands how to Listen. Even if we (meaning me, are still learning to). I had other attorneys tell me not worth the time and money of litigation to merrit value for them to take my case..... and just pay my asking on the matter. This circumstance that led and the company they robbed from they had someone working for ...who was fired. But never brought into question...details other lawyers dont address or see, Mr. Richard apat saw. When two other lawyers didnt . This is a summation to get the idea of my own situation . And all it took was to actually look into the case to see.
