Mr. Richard Apat is the king of gems of civil litigation ! He took on my case that was close to pro bono considering what it should have been . out of sympathy of the disheveled situation that had led me to researching and acquiring this angel of a lawyer . Which is usually an oxy moron to say... period. (Laugh) To find an honest good hearted and intelligent attorney that looks at the bigger picture and sees all the angles of the scenario . Instead of viewing a case or potential client as black and white with a dollar sign. He understands how to Listen. Even if we (meaning me, are still learning to). I had other attorneys tell me not worth the time and money of litigation to merrit value for them to take my case..... and just pay my asking on the matter. This circumstance that led and the company they robbed from they had someone working for ...who was fired. But never brought into question...details other lawyers dont address or see, Mr. Richard apat saw. When two other lawyers didnt . This is a summation to get the idea of my own situation . Mr. Apat got me better results than I had ever thought possible. And I am truly grateful that he followed up on my case .because I dont think I could have had a better outcome from anybody. Any firm. Anything. He is Amazing. Inside and out and on paper lol. You're the man Mr apat! Few and far between these days to have an attorney with moral ethics and a heart to actually want to HELP. NOT JUST GET PAID. This is why i also choose to keep him for future consulting regarding my newly formed LLC, which he helped save. So it seems only suited...you dont need to research 20 lawyers. You dont need to double check reviews. Heed my words. When it comes civil litigation, If he deems your case plausible and takes it. You will get the best result you could have hoped for. Im a single mother with a start up company side lined 5 years later by a situation i presumed resolved from the guilty party at the time...that currently crippled my life considering I was being exported to pay for someone else's account because they either stopped paying or didn't pay at all and lied the whole time and then by the time I find out of anything for an odd reason it took this company 5 years to bring it forward but no other facts were accurate on record that were easily proven. And all it took was to actually look into the case to see. Mr apat is the only attorney I would use for civil litigation forever on and as well as for consulting for my company which is up and running. (Which would not have been where it is on schedule catching up without mr apats help, because I could not afford 25k throw in your face money currently. I was treading water between my whole life's investment and my roi. And this situation threw itself at me. It could not have been worse timing. I am truly thankful and grateful for mr apat. Had a very complicated case, Real Estate partition. However, it wasn't a clear / straight partition, had a few exemption to the law. Before Mr Apat took the case, he carefully reviewed the case and met several times until he was confident that he was representing me morally, ethically and lawfully. S...ince opposing party refused to settle, Mr Apat prep me for trial. He was very detailed, gathered all documents to make sure everything was covered and not to have any surprises. I have to say, during the trial prep, I was a little terrified (lol) but he wanted to make sure I'm strong and confident of the case we represent. Another key point for me, the case was expensive, but Mr Apat worked with me (payment plan) and I can't expressed my appreciation enough. My Apat doesn't represent his client only for a pay check, but he represents his client for their rights, entitlement and beliefs within the law. I would highly recommend Mr Apat.
