Bradley Jared Berfas

Not worth 1 star as a Judge in any respect. I submitted a detailed Not Guilty plea for a hydrant parking ticket with photos of my vehicle more than 15 feet from a fire hydrant, and stated in my case that I off-load at the driveway and block the driveway to ensure more than enough distance from fire h...ydrant. he found guilty stating offloading was not a defense although I showed dated pics proving the same day around the same time how the vehicle wad parked and provided measurements between hydrant and vehicle. He completely ignored the defense evidence as if the words off-loading were enough to deny a fair review. Thankfully I got 3 non bias judges to overturn the decision in my appeal. But his ruling shows lack of proper attention and laziness and/or bias against hard working people of the city. I wouldnt use an attorney with this level of idiocy for any defense if as his judgement as an ALJ is so poor.

I hired Berfas for a simple matter. I do not wish to disclose it as it is private. But Berfas was nothing but unprofessional, greedy and arrogant. He didn’t take the time to review documents and statements. Constantly rushed things and didn’t pay attention to matters at hand. I would give a zero or n...egative score if I were able to! Stay far away from Bradley! Horrible lawyer and a disgrace to the Justice system of America!

I hired Brad Berfus to represent my son that had 10 DMV summonses. I contacted 3 other attorneys previously and they were unwilling to take his case because it would be a waste of money, there is nothing they can do, but get a settlement because that is what the court will always do. It was recommen...ded that my son used the money to pay for his summones. Brad requested documentation that I provided and 8 summonses were dismissed. The remaining 2 were reduced by approximately 60% of the proposed fines. We are extremely grateful to Brad Berfus. Additionally, he was very responsive and moderately priced fees.

Brad was amazing from the start. He went above and beyond what I could have asked for. He did tons of research regarding my case, he drove all the way out to Westchester to court for me, he fixed my problem in a very timely manner, he responded to calls/texts right away, and he checked up on me duri...ng and even after my case was completed. I would def use Brad for any future legal needs as well as recommend him to everyone.
