I am a seasoned general attorney/ mediator, in which my expertise includes negotiation & colloboration, interpersonal relations & the art of effective listening. My experience includes matrimonial law, both as an attorney, and as mediator, client advocacy in moving violations, collections & some criminal as well. I have worked for the estemeed NY State Assemblywoman Nettie Mayersohn by reviewing and helping draft key human rights legislation as her Counsel. I also currently serve as an Adminstrative Law Judge for the NYC Department of Finance. Past employers include the NBA & NBC Studios where I worked with dozens of proefessional athletes & celebrities.

Replied last August 24, 2020I actually just came across this negative review, not sure why I have not seen it before, or I would have addressed it then. I have a very good memory when it comes to clients & I honestly do not even remember this one. In fact, I do not even deal in this particular field, so to say I am shocked by this review is an understatement. My clients know that my fees are always reasonable & I do not give a flat fee & then charge $1000 more plus I have all the patience in the world when dealing with clients, as I have explained things over & over until my client understands it in full. Moreover, my other 5 star reviews speak for themselves & I would be happy to address a wrong if I can recollect my memory on this, but this is not a case that I personally handled.
