Very competent.
Mike is very competent, knowledgeable and has a superb sense of timing. His intervention was instrumental in Goliath refusing to do battle with David - (me) Thank You
Response from Michael Diederich October 3, 2015
I always represent people who are less powerful than the wrongdoer. It's what I like to do when the law is broken.

Very diligent and knowledgeable
Due to the settlement agreement, I must remain anonymous. I hired Michael Diederich for a labor issue. Mike Diederich is a compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable attorney who will fight as hard for you as he did for me. Do not hesitate!
Response from Michael Diederich October 3, 2015
I often can negotiate a favorable severance agreement, and thus avoid time and expense of litigation. Settlement terms most ordinarily be kept in strictest confidentiality.

Hired Mike to take care of a legal issue I had. He did so very promptly. He was a pleasure to deal with, good listener, and passionate about his craft. Great community advocate.

Tremendously Helpful and Proffesional
I hired Mr. Diederich to help deal with an appeal process for a denied medical waiver to get into military service. Given Mr. Diederich's previous experience in military law, he knew the best way to approach the appeal process. Through Mr. Diederich's expertise and professionalism, we were able to get the medical denial reversed. I am currently enrolled in an ROTC program and on the path to military service. I am almost certain that this decision would not have been reversed had we not sought out Mr. Diederich's help. I'd also mention that he was more than happy to speak about the details of my case outside regular business hours, and always promptly responded to any questions I had with logical and straightforward advice. I would highly recommend Mr. Diederich's services.

Novel situation. I was happy to put my military legal experience as an Army JAG, and experience with government, to good use.
