Intelligent, Hard Working, Thoughtful, and Highly Principled
I work with Kathleen on the board of a non-profit radio station. She is the first to advocate for inclusion and thoughtful process. She works to make sure that the board has a shared understanding of our directives and the outcomes we have committed to. She is also quick to volunteer whenever she is able to take on tasks that are meaningful to the success of the station. She is also fun to work with, and always able to see a positive path forward.
I hired Kathleen Jackson on two different occasions and each one of them was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated her excellent communication skills and the care on a personal level instead of just handling me as a “case.” She’s an expert in her field and a gem of a person. Highly recommend!

Excellence
Kathleen Jackson was consulted when my teenager faced potential sudden and unexpected legal trouble. Kathleen arrived to the police station within 5 minutes of our contacting her and made all the difference in the world to the outcome. She instructed us quickly and precisely in what we should say or not say and communicated with the police officer, drawing the issue to a satisfactory close, literally within a half hour.
Additionally, Kathleen Jackson volunteered for two years on the Human Right Committee (HRC) for the non-profit organization which I am the director of. The state requires that an attorney sit on the HRC to review and comment, from a legal perspective, on Human Rights issues which the adults with disabilities served by our organization faces. Attorney Jackson was extremely helpful, professional and dedicated in this role.

Invaluable help giving with speed and kindness!
I needed some advice on Masshealth and Kathleen gave it with ease and clarity. The advice was about applying for MassHealth and ways in which to do that and who to talk to. She also counseled me regarding my sister who is mentally ill and might be moving to Berkshire County and ways in which to make that happen. She took great care and thought in answering my questions and was clear when she did not know and pointed me in the right direction on how to proceed. Invaluable help giving with speed and kindness!

Quality legal work
Kathleen Jackson represented my son in a court matter regarding driving privileges. She was extremely diligent and thoughtful. She consulted with us (myself and my son) often through the process and represented our concerns clearly and thoroughly. It was a lengthy process and her support and work did not flag over time. She helped see us through difficult time to a great outcome. Thanks Attorney Jackson!

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"Kathleen is a brilliant legal tactician. She has a keen insight into the law, a quick mind, and a courageous spirit. She’s a frequent presence at the housing court, and has contributed untold hours assisting low income tenants on a pro bono basis as the lawyer for the day in both the Springfield in Pittsfield court houses. I have referred several clients to her and received only glowing reviews of Kathleen’s representation and tremendous gratitude for the great results she obtained. I give Kathleen my highest recommendation."
