Martin T. Johnson

For somebody who has never needed a lawyer before, unfortunately i got involved in a horrible custody battle that is still ongoing, I have been using Martin Johnson for almost 6 years now, with me having no knowledge of the rigors of court or what to expect in a messy battle, I couldn't imagine hav...ing anybody better than Martin Johnson, I am a man with disabilities and was nervous about being in a court room and what to do, Martin Johnson, couldn't have walked me through it better, couldn't have prepared me better, couldn't have represented me better, not only have we done well in court, the only concern i have going forward would be if I didn't have Martin Johnson and his staff in my corner, unfortunately i have had one or 2 other lawsuits in the past few years, not in family court, where i had to deal with other attorneys, there professionalism , accessibility, preparation, etc, was not as i expected because i was used to Martin Johnson who goes above and beyond in every way imaginable!! it might seem like im giving high praises ,that because I am, and they are well deserved, 6 years in and counting I couldn't recommend him any higher

Mr. Johnson quickly develops a strong point of view that is difficult to engage. In my experience he was impatient and abrupt with me. His firm missed a deadline on two separate occasions. The firm’s ability to prepare the case in a timely organized fashion was limited. It’s just not how I experience...d how he operated. Unfortunately, he was unaware of material facts during the negotiations. All in all, Mr. Johnson performed well in a time of crisis (short bursts of action), but poorly in situations that required planning and preparation.

 You roll the dice taking matters to court and leave your fate in the hands of the justice system because you never know how the Court will rule. Courts do not rule with their heart. Courts rule based on facts in evidence and witness testimony. Through Marty's professionalism and litigation of the facts, we received the best possible outcome for my children and me. I put my faith in Marty and he renewed my faith in attorneys and the justice system. Marty is deserving of every accolade stated in this review and more. Divorce and custody battles are emotional roller coasters and I am proud to say that I had Martin Johnson in my corner every step of the way. A gentleman and a scholar . . .
