Mr. Johnson charged $550 per hour. Several court visits at $2,650 per visit.. the net worth statement was done incorrectly. He is not worth his hourly rate. Charged me so much with no results. Made me look terrible in court. I would never recommend him to a single person. Told me to hire several othe...r professionals that lead to nothing. Spent many thousands of dollars to get no where. Called the other attorney to find out how much money there was to use between us. Still not divorced.

Mr. Johnson quickly develops a strong point of view that is difficult to engage. In my experience he was impatient and abrupt with me. His firm missed a deadline on two separate occasions. The firm’s ability to prepare the case in a timely organized fashion was limited. It’s just not how I experience...d how he operated. Unfortunately, he was unaware of material facts during the negotiations. All in all, Mr. Johnson performed well in a time of crisis (short bursts of action), but poorly in situations that required planning and preparation.

My wife hired Marty to finalize her divorce with her ex-husband and an extremely contentious custody battle ensued. Without getting into an insane amount of detail, I would say that the entire ordeal was a complete nightmare, lasting many years because my wife's ex-husband is a miserable person with... plenty of money and a ton of time on his hands. Marty is an amazing attorney. When you are with him you feel confident that he will get you the best outcome possible and he certainly did. He is simply the best - he has a courtroom presence like no one else and it's clear that the judges respect him. We are extremely thankful that he represented us and owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude for going the extra mile for us. Hiring him is an absolute no-brainer!
