Making points disappear like a magician!

The Law Offices of Zev Goldstein did an amazing job taking care of my traffic tickets. They were able to make 8 points out of 10 disappear by getting two tickets dismissed, and the third reduced to jaywalking. They also went to court to represent me so I didn't have to take any time off from w...ork. I highly recommend this legal team for any traffic violation needs in the state of New York.

Did nothing for me

Was recommended to Goldstein by a friend, had hired him to take care of a simple improper right turn summons I was issued. Looks like he didn't even show up to court for me cause two days later I was told I lost the case there was nothing he could do for me, so now I'm out 400 dollars and get a notic...e in the mail not even a week later stating that my license was suspended and had to pay another 283!! This guy just made off with my money and could care less

Hi Anaury, It sounds like you went to trial in the traffic violations bureau. As we advised you at the start of the case, every single ticket in the traffic violations bureau needs to go to trial. At a trial you sometimes lose, that is the nature of the system. We promptly notified you that you did lose at trial. As you state: "cause two days later I was told I lost the case" how could we tell you that you lost if we didn't show up? The suspension notice you received two weeks later is the automatic suspension we warned you about that if you don't pay your fine they charge you extra fines and suspend your license. We are truly saddened that you received a ticket in such a difficult court and we assure you that we wouldn't simply take your money without going to court for you.

Beat Lawyer to hire in case of traffic tickets

Zev Goldestein has done absolutely phenomenal job in my traffic ticket case. He handled the case very well and I never think about the case and dates after he accepted my case. He appeared promptly all the appearances and meticulous;y handled the case until we got the right judgement. Final out come ...is zero points and also less fine. His knowledge in law is commendable in handling the traffic tickets. I strongly recommend to hire Mr. Zev Goldestein to handle the traffic ticket cases.

Professional and reliable advice - 5*

I had called a number of lawyers who wanted money up front and were not telling me very much. When I spoke with Zev, he looked through his files and confirmed that he did indeed have previous experience in the geographical area I was dealing with. He also explained to me his proposed course of action.... He provided an honest opinion as to the likelihood of success. The mere fact that he explained that it would be difficult actually put me at ease as I finally felt as though I was dealing with someone who had my best interests in mind and who would be open and forthright. Zev kept in contact with me regularly. I never had to chase. And low and behold, Zev achieved the exact thing he said he would do his best to do. This was an incredibly stressful situation for me, but I truly felt I was in good hands all along once I had retained Zev.
