Speeding Ticket

Zev Goldstein and his team are exceptional lawyers, successfully resolving a speeding ticket that I recieved. Their responsiveness, organization, and trustworthiness made the process smooth.

wonderful representation and outcome

I was recently in a bad situation which had lingered for several years and was referred to Mr. Goldstein. I was ambivalent to let him do his work and not show up to court, but honestly he made it so easy for me. He did better for me than I could have done for myself. As stubborn as I am did finally l...isten to what was recommended. I let go and let Zev... and it worked better than I could have hoped for. He got me four points on my license when I was facing something around 14 or 15 points. He was direct. He did not waste his time, and he got the job done. And he was honest. Would recommend him unhesitatingly.

Exceeded My Expectations

I had a four point speeding ticket and called the law offices of Zev Goldstein. They were confident that they could get it reduced down to a zero point parking ticket, and that is exactly what they did! Not only that, but the entire process was incredibly easy on my end. All I had to do was fill out ...some paperwork, which I was able to do from home via email, and they handled the rest! I couldn't be happier. Worth every penny.

DANGER, NOT A LANDLORD/TENANT LAWYER LIKE HE SAID HE WAS!! DANGER!!

DANGER, NOT A LANDLORD/TENANT LAWYER LIKE HE SAID HE WAS!! DANGER!! Paid up front, they were incompetent and lack practice in Landlord/Tenant Law. First court date Zev had someone step in on my behalf, ok. Zev didn’t show up on the second court date and that day was for Oral Argument Of Moti...ons with both sides. So yeah, my landlords lawyer got to argue motions with the judge and no one on my side defending me. The following court date (third), Zev wasn’t in the court room when my case was called up and the judge sent the landlords lawyer to go look for him, embarrassing and unprofessional. Judge handed paperwork to both sides and issued warrant for eviction 10 days. Zev said the good news was he’s not charging me for the day. That wasn’t good news to me at the moment considering that I just started absorbing the warrant of eviction but I’ll take it. $1,500.00 included two court appearances, any additional court appearances $250.00. Zev showed up for two and didn’t charge me for one, he owes me $250.00 plus a refund for all the mental stress he has caused me and refuses to pay! He left me and my daughter out to rot but not before offering an appeal for $3,000.00! I couldn’t believe it. Please, everyone help me get my money back.

Did nothing for me

Was recommended to Goldstein by a friend, had hired him to take care of a simple improper right turn summons I was issued. Looks like he didn't even show up to court for me cause two days later I was told I lost the case there was nothing he could do for me, so now I'm out 400 dollars and get a notic...e in the mail not even a week later stating that my license was suspended and had to pay another 283!! This guy just made off with my money and could care less

Hi Anaury, It sounds like you went to trial in the traffic violations bureau. As we advised you at the start of the case, every single ticket in the traffic violations bureau needs to go to trial. At a trial you sometimes lose, that is the nature of the system. We promptly notified you that you did lose at trial. As you state: "cause two days later I was told I lost the case" how could we tell you that you lost if we didn't show up? The suspension notice you received two weeks later is the automatic suspension we warned you about that if you don't pay your fine they charge you extra fines and suspend your license. We are truly saddened that you received a ticket in such a difficult court and we assure you that we wouldn't simply take your money without going to court for you.
