Speeding Ticket into a Parking Ticket

I got a speeding ticket during Labor Day weekend, and I submitted a consultation right away. The office called me that same day (on labor day no less) about my ticket and said they could help me out. They were honest and transparent, letting me know they'd do everything they could but without making ...any promises. With that in mind, I hired them, and they were able to get my speeding ticket changed to a parking ticket. During the whole process, they were super mindful whenever I asked for updates and always responded so quickly. Best decision I ever made!

Speeding Ticket

I got 2 traffic tickets for speeding on my way to Niagara Falls. I live in Georgia and traveled to Niagara Falls for two days, no chance that I go to court to fight them tickets myself. I found Zev Goldstein on the internet, that’s my first time dealing with a lawyer in my life. They are friendly an...d helpful, resolved my case in like a month or so. Zev team was very professional and they have good prices, I would definitely recommend them if you have traffic tickets in NY state.

I was never going to drive again !

I was facing a lifetime revocation of my DL due to multiple DUI’s and too many points on my DL. I chose the Law offices of Zev Goldstein from a search on restoring a driver license which was revoked for life. Well, when I say life, that is exactly what I was facing: not driving a car legally for ...the rest of my life in ANY state. At my age, there is so much I wanted to do and much of it involved driving; therefore, I had to do something. My first conversation with this firm was with a member of Zev’s firm who explained in layman’s terms, “You will never again drive a car unless you work on reducing your point count”. Scary situation, but not impossible, and of course, there are no guarantees. We pulled my lifetime DMV driving record and selected 5 different courts to address. His firm filed motions is each of these courts and only 1 of these was rather easy. The remaining required follow up motions due to oppositions from the representative district attorney’s office. Zev’s team diligently pursued these challenges and eventually we were favorable in 3 of the 5 courts with enough of a point reduction to bring me within the acceptable limits of obtaining a new DL with some restrictions, but the fact is, I’m now legally able to drive again. The remaining 2 courts are still pending. His team will not rest until all of these are resolved. If you are facing similar circumstances, I highly recommend Zev and his team to work with you and safely get you back on the road.

BEST TO EVER DO IT!

Zev Goldstein is the best! I first met Zev about 20 years back in a small town court in the Adirondacks. He was fighting a ticket on behalf of a client and I, a teenager at the time, was accompanying my Dad who was fighting his own ticket. The way he held himself in that courtroom had an everlasting ...impact on me. Truly impressive! I've used his practice for multiple tickets throughout the years and he's had phenomenal results. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. A TRUE veteran in the industry.

Stellar Client Experience from this Attorney

I received a ticket from a NY State Trooper in May of 2024 for operating a vehicle while using a mobile device. Frankly it was my third violation in less than 3 years. I was in jeopardy of losing my license for 90 days or more. Luckily a friend of mine suggested that I call Zev Goldstein and from the... moment I began dealing with this business, every interaction was exemplary. Success was achieved in that my potential 5 point ticket was knocked down to a parking ticket and zero points. Also I no longer had to go into court which saves me time and money. Couldn’t be happier.
