Glenn has helped me with with quite a few "fundraiser" tickets along the small villages up the 87 and each time was successful in getting tickets reduced to a non-moving violations or something that's quite low on the points scale. I am very thankful to Mr. Glenn Magnell for his assistance. Driving with my wife, son and granddaughter after attending the 4 July fireworks, I was stopped by a police officer at 12:30 am and given tickets for speeding and bypassing on the right. The latter was not true - do not understand how the... officer figured that out - one cannot bypass on the right on 17M, which is a single lane road in one direction unless the vehicle you are bypassing is moving on the left against traffic! I later checked, as I pass frequently on that road, even if I indeed violated the speed limit which is 55 there, it was very minimal. The officer did not appear to be equipped with a speed checking device. Anyway, I faced 6 points, a "responsibility fee" that NYS DMV imposes, and a possible increase in insurance payment. Mr. Glenn Magnell represented me after I had been arrested for two criminal misdemeanors; possession of a dangerous instrument and place another person in reasonable fear of physical injury.
