The Law Office of Glenn Magnell was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was pulled over for speeding excessively on a small road in Dover, NY. After doing a quick internet search, I called another (closer to Dover) firm and left a message. Never got a call back. After 2 days, I called Magnell. ...My call was received by an actual person who was extremely polite and we exchanged information and got the ball rolling right away!! Over the phone and through emails, they were extremely organized, polite, prompt, and gave me updates as to my case's progress. This is very important to me because it let me know my case was important to them and that they were working hard on it, even if it was just a speeding ticket. I've had past experiences with other firms in which I felt my case fell by the wayside and they could not care less. In the end, Magnell was extremely effective in getting my ticket reduced. It went from a 6 pointer to no points, which saved a lot of money in fines and unspeakable money in insurance rate increases. I could not be happier with they way they handled my case and how everything turned out!! I almost want another ticket so I can let them handle it again lol!!

Mr. Glenn Magnell represented me after I had been arrested for two criminal misdemeanors; possession of a dangerous instrument and place another person in reasonable fear of physical injury. After being arrested I was very nervous, anxious and upset. Mr. Magnell explained my entire legal situati...on. I had plead guilty to harassment in the 2nd degree, a non criminal offense. I was very much relieved not to have a criminal offense on my record.
