I was impressed with my very first talk with Mr. Magnell via e-mail. He presented facts and right away gave me the impression he cared about my situation. I goggled several lawyers with high ratings to handle a speeding ticket for my husband who has a CDL licence. My husband was looking at 6 pt and a hefty fine. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND MY CASE WAS SETTLED BEFORE MY COURT DATE. GLENN MAGNELL WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY NEGOTIATE A PLEA BARGIN THAT SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED THE POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO MY DRIVING PRIVILEGES AND INSURANCE COSTS THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED OTHERWISE. I GOT A SMALL FINE FOR OPEN DOOR UNSAFELY ONLY. IM VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXCELLENT RESULTS. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME THEN THIS. OF DRIVING IN THE UNITED STATES, I USED OTHER LAWYERS FOR TICKETS AND I NEVER GOT THIS SERVICE OR RESULTS FROM THESE OTHER LAWYERS. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, I WILL DEFINITELY USE MR. MAGNELL FIRM AGAIN IF I NEED TO. SO HAPPY.

Glenn has helped me with with quite a few "fundraiser" tickets along the small villages up the 87 and each time was successful in getting tickets reduced to a non-moving violations or something that's quite low on the points scale. Glenn has also helped me with VTL 509 and 511 (AUO 3 and 2) cases whe...re driving privilege was suspended without my knowledge and was successful both times. I highly recommend Glenn and his staff. Mr. Glenn Magnell represented me after I had been arrested for two criminal misdemeanors; possession of a dangerous instrument and place another person in reasonable fear of physical injury. After being arrested I was very nervous, anxious and upset. Mr. Magnell explained my entire legal situati...on. To make a long story short, Mr. Magnell was able to get those two criminal misdemeanors dropped during the court proceedings. I had plead guilty to harassment in the 2nd degree, a non criminal offense. I was very much relieved not to have a criminal offense on my record.
