It is easy to recommend a lawyer when your case, in my case alleged speeding on I-84 just east of the Beacon-Newburgh bridge over the Hudson, is dismissed. However, I am rating Mr. Magnell 5 stars because I felt confident when he & I first talked on the 'phone that he would personally represent my i...nterests in my absence (I reside in CA) before the Beacon City Court. And, as important, I learned over time of his extensive legal experience in the greater Hudson River Valley region and that it provided him invaluable knowledge of and positive working relationships with all of the "players" in the Beacon City Court system (in my case): the justices, court clerk & staff, and the regional officers of the NY State police. Yes, I highly recommend Mr. Glenn W. Magnell to anyone seeking and/or needing professional legal representation within the greater Hudson River Valley region, particularly if that representation is needed in any of the Valley's courts.

Mr. Magnell and his support staff were engaged to handle a traffic offense for my 20 year old son who was traveling outside our home state to visit a friend. I was nervous given my physical location is about 1000 miles from where the offense occurred & where Mr. Magnell maintains his office. He and... his staff were extremely professional in my dealings with them and were able to negotiate a favorable response for us. They far exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a legal advocate.

I hired the law office of Mr. Magnell to handle a traffic accident that I had been involved in on the NY State thruway. Everyone in his office, including Megan and Kate, dealt with me in an extremely professional manner and were always available via phone and email communication. I was very satis...fied with the final outcome as my initial ticket would have resulted in points on my license and Mr. Magnell was successful in getting the ticket reduced to no points. I hired Mr. Magnell originally for a speeding ticket and another infraction. While the court managed to mess it pretty bad (lost the tickets, info, depositions), Mr. Magnell's office was able to bring it to an excellent disposition in my favor. I actually found Mr. Magnell doing a web search in the court's area, and of all those attorney's I contacted, Mr. Magnell was the most professional and timely when replying to me. I had no clue about him, and decided to take a chance on someone unknown to me and those around me. It turned out to be a very sound choice. I'll be inquiring as to whether or not Mr. Magnell handles business law, as my company's last attorney (who became a close friend) has since passed away. Good... no, EXCELLENT and TRUSTWORTHY attorneys are hard to find. This is one attorney I hope to continue doing business with!
