Glenn Warren Magnell

Recently I managed to acquire several traffic tickets totaling 14 points. Being that I make my living with my driver's liscence I decided to retain legal council. After some googling I settled upon the Storm King law firm and Mr Magnell and I'm glad I did. I found the firm very pleasant and profess...ional to work with. The firm managed to get the points dropped down to 2 which has saved what could have been a very serious financial hardship. I highly recommend them.

I was pulled over on the thruway for a speeding violation headed back to NYC. We were clocked at 81mph. The only reason I was driving this fast was to drive past a semi truck that was in the left lane. After some google searches I reached the office of Glenn Magnell. While visiting Hudson Valley New York last summer getting dinged doing 80 in a 65 was not the highlight of the trip. Being from Ontario which has a reciprocal agreement with the State of New York only made things worse. Found Glenn online along with a bunch of other Attorneys. Was thrilled to learn that they had this somewhat major ticket dropped to a park in a prohibited area non-moving violation. A job well done. Would recommend them in a New York minute. Though I hope I will never have to hire them again.

I had been hit with an absurdly unfair ticket—after waiting at a rail road crossing for two trains to pass and for the barrier to raise, I was pulled over. The cop acknowledged that “although it was ALMOST fully raised”, it needed to be perfectly vertical. I was driving a large SUV—traffic was backed... up waiting—clearly there was no risk. I can’t imagine that any driver with a line of cars behind him would have thought to wait until the barrier was actually vertical. The ticket was for a very hefty fine plus FIVE POINTS on my otherwise untarnished license. I should point out that it was in the Bedford court system, which apparently is notoriously unforgiving. From the moment I called Magnell’s office, Kate immediately put me at ease and made the whole situation less horrible. They made no extravagant promises (especially because of the court in question), but actually worked miracles, saving me from a very unjust penalty that would have affected my insurance rates for years to come. While I was still required to pay a lesser fine, this firm made this whole experience far less painful. As soon as I placed the matter in their hands, I felt incredible relief. Not only a very competent law firm, these are good people, too. You can trust them to help you out.
