I hired Eugene for my house partition and child custody case. Many times, in front of the judge, Eugene appeared to be unprepared and had hard time remembering my case. When judge asked him questions, he just couldn't answer. When I asked him to please say something for me in front of judge, he appea...red to have no clue and asked me what I wanted him to do? He and Cathy were responsive and attentive, however, if you have a slightly difficult case or a non-cooperative counterparty, Eugene will not be able to handle the case. Eventually, I had to find another lawyer after he did damage to my case.
