Adam was nothing short of a Divine Intervention in my Divorce Case

I was one year into my divorce case, my Ex wife had all sorts of false order of protection against me crippling my ability to even see my kids, I hadn’t seen my first son for 6 months and never met my new born until he was 3 months old. My old attorney did nothing, they were money down the drain until Adam came along, in ONLY 2 WEEKS, ADAM knew my case like the back of his hand and ready for trial where he dismantled the opposition and laid all their claims to ABSOLUTE WASTE. Adam got rid of all my Ex wife’s Phony Order of protection by proving to the judge beyond a reasonable doubt that all her claims were false. In another few months ADAM got the judge to give me interim Custody of my kids while OUR DIVORCE WENT ON for another year instead of my ex wife. This man was phenomenal, he brought my case from the grave yard literally to LIFE. Adam W. Schneid's practice is devoted primarily to Family and Matrimonial law. Mr. Schneid is a graduate of Cornell University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif, and received the Jacob Burns Medal (scholastic achievement award) in 2006. While at law school Mr. Schneid was a Dean's Distinguished Scholar, a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship, an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, and a teaching assistant for a class on contract law. Prior to joining Most & Schneid, P.C. Mr. Schneid spent five years at Proskauer Rose LLP, a Vault 100 law firm with offices around the world, where he was in the litigation department. I don't often write reviews but my experience with Adam through a highly contested, emotional rollercoaster of a divorce proceeding compelled me to do so. Adam's calm demeanor, steady approach to litigation and solid advice throughout the proceedings allowed me to navigate the mine field of my divorce with confidence. Outstanding service

I could not be any happier with Adam representing me! Going through a divorce is tough but at the end I felt that my interests and my assets were protected! My case went all the way to a trial and Adam could not have been more prepared. In the courtroom he was calm and confident but also was tough when the situation called for it. From the beginning of the case to the end, Adam was honest and right in what he thought the outcome would be. Top Notch In My Book!

He is a super lawyer

Adam is my trial lawyer for child custody case. He is absolutely brilliant and fights every detail for my interest. He can grasp a huge amount of information in very short period of time, understands the key points right away and stays on top of the negotiation. Knows the Law, Fights for his clients and Bills Honestly

Adam is very knowledgeable in Family Law. He doesn't hesitate to stand up for his clients in a proper manner to the judge. He did an excellent job preparing both of us for a trail. Outstanding service

Professional, responsive, creative counsel

Adam and Carol guided me through a very difficult and acrimonious divorce and custody case with understanding. They were dealing with aggressive and sometimes unprofessional opponents, yet managed to keep the tone of the negotiations steady. They took over a case from another firm that had not managed it well and turned the proceedings in the right direction for myself and my children. Very Professional

Divorce

Adam is smart and can be tenacious when needed. He knows the law backwards and forwards and genuinely wants the best for his client. He is steady-- does not get rattled under pressure or when dealing with an overly aggressive counterpart. My divorce process lasted nearly a year and Adam made sure things kept moving towards a resolution. He was sympathetic towards some of the more challenging issues I had to manage through but also was direct when need be about my options and the implications of my decisions.
