We had spent 2-3 years trying to work with our bank to get a loan modification done on our own. During that time the stress level and frustration were very difficult to deal with and hard on the family. Dan was a very calming and assuring influence during the process and someone I could always call for reassurance and a better understanding of where we were and what to expect. We are fortunate to still be living in a home we love with a mortgage we can now afford thanks to the work of everyone at Accocella. I contacted the Acocella Law group about 3 months ago to see if they could help us with a home loan modification. I will admit that I was pretty skeptical after researching other so called home modification law firms. Before coming to Acocella law group,I was with another law firm in attempt to get my house back. Unfortunately after spending a large amount of money and time I was denied. I would recommend this law office to anyone that has to go through a loan modification..I had been dealing with my lender for two agonizingly years, getting absolutely nowhere on my own. Faxing documents over and over again in fact I faxed my divorce decree 17 times just continuing the cat and mouse ...game with people who didn't care. A friend of mine gave me Eden Grants number and it was nice to know their was someone on my side. I would like to personally thank the whole team that worked this mod for me..
