To resolve tenant non-payment issues we chose Stark Low PLLC to represent us in four unrelated cases , While being thorough , exercising complete disclosure , each case was litigated professionally , diligently and handled with personal care. Best lawyer

Most lawyers look foward to be paid first before they offered any help,but Brian offered great advice,and even checked a court case that was pending against me in court the same day I was supposed to be there thank you Brian

Great landlord/tenant lawyer in the Bronx

I am a new landlord in the Bronx. I was having non-payment issues with a Section 8 tenant who was not meeting their obligation for their designated portion of the rent. I met with Brian, and was impressed with how he laid out the options for me, and gave me a range of timelines I could expect for m...y case. After retaining his firm, everything was seamless and very efficient. His office was always able to give me an update, and as my case wound it's way through housing court, each stage was handled quickly, and also with excellent communication. We reached the goal we wanted within the short end of his predicted timeline forecast. I enthusiastically recommend Brian and his firm.

Simply the Best!

Mr. Stark represented me this month and I'm so glad he was on my side. He protected me and my family from a relentless landlord. He knew every trick they'd pull and wouldn't let them get away with it. He counseled me gently but defended me fiercely. If you need someone who really knows what he's d...oing, call him. My family and I are really glad we did.
