My parents hired this criminal lawyer back in 2020/2021, he fraudulently submitted VAWA applications and charged thousands ONLY in cash. We didn't know until one day we heard other people waiting outside his office talk about him scamming people. Kofi and everyone who works in that office are disgust...ing greedy monsters. Im so glad he got caught, he hurt so many families.

In 2016, someone referred KOFI to us. We started the immigration process ok, the i130 was approved. We decided to continue the second part and that’s when it all started, he filed the wrong immigration form and told my husband that he had his appointment for his visa interview in our home country wh...en in reality, he filed the wrong form and almost had my husband leave the US without the proper documentation. Everytime we called, he was never available and Dora was the one always covering for him. We asked for our money back and were always ignored. I sent emails to them, and tried to file a complaint against him back in 2019. Til this day, we never heard back from them and we have lost many years trying to do the right by USCIS.

Not only did he deceived the system, he lied and filed thing without authorization. Even if you receive your work permit or green card because your case has not base it will be denied by immigration that could potentially lead to being deported because now Immigration knows about you!
