I can't even begin to explain the anger I felt. I was told the exact same thing that was told to the son. When I asked him ...about the information submitted, he told me not to worry about it. I was able to get the forms he filled after seeing it on a request for my parents to get fingerprints. Apparently he filed an I-360 without my knowledge or consent. I feel deceived. I am currently trying to find another lawyer who will take this case. One attorney's office I contacted told me I was one of 10 people that called his office with the SAME problem. They are unable to provide me information due to an ongoing investigation with Kofi. I am beyond disgusted.

Hello My name is Kevin. My parents tried filling for their residence since we heard good things about this lawyer. We went his office , it was a mess. We were misled. He said l my parents getting their papers . He filed a petition for violence claiming children abuse of parents. Presentó una petición por violencia alegando abuso infantil de los padres. Ni siquiera sabíamos que presentó este tipo de petición y no fue lo que nos dijo el asistente legal. This guy takes on way too many cases than he can handle. My mom opened up a case with him spent almost 2 thousand dollars just for her case to get denied because they received a paper for her to do the next step, and nobody told her nothing. We called for weeks then finally came in to find the paper ...in a huge pile on the desk. Never called us to let us know or keep us updated. Waste of money.
