Kofi Owusu Amankwaa

In 2016, someone referred KOFI to us. We started the immigration process ok, the i130 was approved. We decided to continue the second part and that’s when it all started, he filed the wrong immigration form and told my husband that he had his appointment for his visa interview in our home country wh...en in reality, he filed the wrong form and almost had my husband leave the US without the proper documentation. Everytime we called, he was never available and Dora was the one always covering for him. We asked for our money back and were always ignored. I sent emails to them, and tried to file a complaint against him back in 2019. Til this day, we never heard back from them and we have lost many years trying to do the right by USCIS.

This guy takes on way too many cases than he can handle. My mom opened up a case with him spent almost 2 thousand dollars just for her case to get denied because they received a paper for her to do the next step, and nobody told her nothing. We called for weeks then finally came in to find the paper ...in a huge pile on the desk. Never called us to let us know or keep us updated. Waste of money.
