Hi everyone, the way these so called lawyers are working are fraudulent and scary!! Scary because they have no remorse. Please discontinue going here. My mother was a victim of these lies and now my family is suffering. Its economically and mentally draining! Historically immigrants have been an immi...grant population that are vunerable and marginalized. I can't even begin to explain the anger I felt. I was told the exact same thing that was told to the son. When I asked him ...about the information submitted, he told me not to worry about it. I was able to get the forms he filled after seeing it on a request for my parents to get fingerprints. Apparently he filed an I-360 without my knowledge or consent. I feel deceived. I am currently trying to find another lawyer who will take this case. One attorney's office I contacted told me I was one of 10 people that called his office with the SAME problem. They are unable to provide me information due to an ongoing investigation with Kofi. I am beyond disgusted.

This attorney is fraudulent on all types of level. He has no ethics at all and is taking money from families who have worked extremely hard for what they have. During the interview my mother was straight forward that no domestic violence of any type occurred, however that landed her in getting her case denied and now she is facing possible deportation.
