Victoria helped us with the purchase of a condominium, our first home purchase. Victoria and members of her team (Fina) walked us through every aspect step by step and was very good about sharing information as it became available. Victoria left no stone unturned. She did her due diligence on the bui...lding, read the board minutes and presented us with all the facts in a clear, easy to understand manner. She also reasoned out our asks for the contract with the seller’s attorney. She also went above and beyond at closing during the city shutdown, having to juggle many moving parts, but managing to do so efficiently and seamlessly. Victoria Shteiman represented my wife and I as purchasers this past January. Needless to say we were very nervous about the purchase, this being our first home; the purchase wasn't cut and dry either. There were several issues that complicated and lengthened the whole process. There was a tenant that... refused to vacate the property, it was a new construction and the builder was delinquent in attaining a certificate of occupancy, and our real estate agent was totally incompetent. Victoria and her entire office were amazing throughout the entire process. She guided my wife and myself through every hardship and pitfall. She must have made 100 hundred phone calls to the builder when our real estate agent failed to open any line of communication to the seller. She even expedited the tenant vacating the property by convincing the sellers attorney to hire a moving company to get the tenant out of our house. I can honestly say that I have seldom seen such a level of professionalism, courteousness, and efficiency in my professional life and I would strongly recommend Victoria to anyone looking to purchase a home.
