Ms. Victoria represented us in selling & purchasing of our new home. She was always available to speak to us, answer questions & timely responded to emails. Her Assistant Fina, is amazing as well. I am not well versed in real estate law, Victoria provided teaching & made sure we understood what, why ...& the impact of our signatures on the documents. We had a pleasure working with Victoria on sale (December 2019) and purchase of a new construction (February 2019-October 2020). I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent us. She always made herself available to answer question, was patient to explain things that were not obvious, pro...vided invaluable advice that at times were adding more work for her but was in our very best interests. Covid made our situation very tricky and delayed our purchase for 7 months and she navigated us throughout the process working with us and attorneys on the other side of the deals to make sure our interest are protected. What I also appreciated with Victoria is that she never gave an answer on the fly. She always made sure to ask questions, brainstorm before she provided an answer. Knowledgeable, experienced professional and yet humble, not acting “I know it all” and ready to explain things at our level so that we get it. Victoria does not work alone and the people she has in her office work so nicely together as a team. Her assistant Fina is just such a pleasure to talk to every time you call (and makes sure to get back to you). I am not planning any sale/purchase in any near future but if I would, I already know who I would go to: Victoria!
