Buying a home is a process; a very long, time-consuming, sometimes aggravating process. Now imagine trying to do so five times, during a pandemic; imagine having to read through hundreds and thousands of pages of legal documents in an attempt to discern the best possible deal. we bought house in SI with help of V.Shteiman in 2005. House had a large back yard.Due to we had no mortgage and did not have to do survey, Victoria said :there is no need to do survey, i checked it and everything look right.On closing Title company was represented by Victoria,s sister[ that what... she told us]. Nine [9] years later neighbor came with survey people and took 3/4 of our yard. When i called Victoria in a shock, she said it would cost to me $10 000.00 and no guaranty i,ll get yard back.Obviously i wouldn,t recommend her as an attorney .
