Buying a home is a process; a very long, time-consuming, sometimes aggravating process. Now imagine trying to do so five times, during a pandemic; imagine having to read through hundreds and thousands of pages of legal documents in an attempt to discern the best possible deal. Five times, Victoria an...d her team helped us navigate this process, each time examining contracts and seller's wills and deeds and building financials and hidden clauses to make sure the home we would eventually purchase was both safe and financially sound. She helped my family avoid multiple potentially problematic situations, each time advocating on our behalf, and holding our interests at the forefront. I cannot adequately enough express my gratitude for her tenacity and generosity of time and spirit. I am also very grateful to her support team, specifically Fina, who maintained an ongoing, sometimes daily connection to us, not only explaining aspects of the process but also facilitating contact between the many parties involved. Covid made our situation very tricky and delayed our purchase for 7 months and she navigated us throughout the process working with us and attorneys on the other side of the deals to make sure our interest are protected.
