Estate Settlement

Five years after being hauled into court by my sister and given Executrix status by the court, I was still being harassed by her attorney with things going nowhere. Her attorney accused me of everything they could think of to stall the distribution of the estate assets and to find reasons to accuse m...e of being negligent in my duties. Bonfiglio & Asterita was recommended to me and Steven Schwartzman assigned to assist me with getting this resolved. I could not be happier and more appreciative of his honest and efficient manner and the personal attention he gave to my case. He was able to negotiate with my sister's attorney and have them cease and desist with their persistent and contentious approach to the case. Into year SEVEN and it is resolved!!!
