Facebook tried to block my logo from registration as they claimed it's similar to their 'thumb' logo. Only 10 days away from the deadline to respond and she finally answered my email and said she just now read my case and told me I have no chance of success on the response, now she wants to charge me $2500 to negotiate with the registrant. How can an attorney take a case and get money without reading the office action? She waited the whole time not doing anything and pushed me to pay more when the deadline was almost here. I have no trust in her, I have to find another attorney to get my mark registered.
