About Michael
Biography
I represent entrepreneurs, startups, and creative professionals in a variety of legal areas, including business law, contracts, venture finance, intellectual property, corporate governance, entertainment law, and commercial litigation.
My firm, Springer Law, began with a simple premise: Starting and running a business shouldn't be any more difficult than it already is. Using Springer Law, startups and entrepreneuers can get the law firm credentials, while also receiving a tailor-made service with a pricing structure that doesn't break the bank or prevent the business from getting off the ground.
Prior to opening my own practice, I clerked in the Southern District of New York for the Honorable William H. Pauley III. I also worked as a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where I handled all aspects of regulatory and complex commercial litigation matters.
I also engage in substantial non-profit work and currently serve on the board of BUILD NYC, a non-profit that empowers teens to create new products and run their own businesses.
