Extremely disappointing experience. I paid Katrina Marie on a contingency basis for a trademark application, with a clear agreement that if the trademark was not granted, I would receive a full refund. After the USPTO refused the application, she stopped responding entirely despite multiple follow-up... emails. It's now been several weeks with no communication and no refund. Be warned: based on my experience, this feels like a scam. I strongly advise others not to engage or send payment unless you’re willing to risk losing it.

I received an "Office Action" on my USPTO application due to some complicated-but-trivial technicality. My InBox was FLOODED with solicitations from Trademark Attorneys. I responded to some and most of them wanted to charge me $1,500 to fix my application. So I decided to research and do it myself. F...iled my own response. Then I got a "Final Action" notice from USPTO. Figured I screwed this thing up pretty good. Then there was an absolute deluge from Trademark attorneys in my InBox and, luckily for me, I chose Katrina Marie Fama, because? She quoted me a GREAT rate, right up front.
